Nice to meet you

Hey there. I’m Heather. And, I’m an executive coach.

I got into this space so I can learn all about YOU, however, it’s only fair that I share a snapshot about me and how I got here.

As Adam Grant so beautifully put, “the most meaningful way to succeed is to help others succeed.”

So, in 2022, I made the gut-wrenching decision to leave my high-profile position on Wall Street to pursue my dream to help others in a big way.

Why? Because I absolutely LOVE the nitty-gritty of the human psyche and helping leaders find true purpose in their work and life.

As a former Finance Executive, I have managed high-performing teams, worked in sales and business development, and have extensive recruitment and board experience. I understand what it takes to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and my laser focus on ROI and KPIs has proven to be a competitive advantage for my clients.

But my experience is not just limited to finance. I’ve had life experiences that have given me great perspective, empathy, and determination, allowing me to navigate challenges, states of flux with uncertainty and turmoil.

My coaching services are tailored to executives, business leaders, financial institutions, solo entrepreneurs, and anyone else who wants to step into their full potential and achieve true success. From communication and self-awareness to strategic thinking and decision-making, I provide personalized one-on-one coaching to help you unlock your full potential.

“To help others” is one of my mantras. I am an active volunteer and served on boards and committees for organizations such as Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, Grace Church School Board of Finance, Children’s Museum of Arts in NYC, Ronald McDonald House NYC, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Children of Fallen Patriots, Stephen Siller’s Tunnel to Towers, and established scholarships for the University of Pennsylvania.

As all proud moms, I would like to end with my greatest achievement which is raising two incredible boys.
